LIVINGSTON, Ala. – Tiger senior quarterback Jack McDaniel has been named Jack’s Player of the Week because of his effort in West Alabama’s 31-14 victory over North Greenville University in Week 9.
Against the Crusaders, McDaniels completed 19 of 33 passes for 214 yards and three touchdowns. His longest pass during the competition was for 37 yards, connecting with Tyriq Martin to score.
So far this season, the Lorton, Va. native has connected 172 times on 307 attempts for 20 touchdowns. He has a 138.73 rating and averages 259.11 yards per game. His longest pass was a 93-yard pass to Martin to score against Delta State.
McDaniels and the rest of the West Alabama football team will be back in action on Saturday, Nov. 6, when they host West Florida for Military Day. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
