TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama baseball heads to Oxford this Saturday to take on Ole Miss in an exhibition as part of the Crimson Tide’s final week of fall practice.
The contest between the Tide and Rebels is scheduled for a 1 p.m. CT first pitch on Saturday, Oct. 30 at Swayze Field. Admission to the game is free with the two teams scheduled for a 12-inning affair.
Alabama begins the final week of fall on Tuesday with a 2:15 p.m. practice. The team will then take Wednesday off before another 2:15 practice on Thursday afternoon. The Tide’s final tune-up before Oxford will come on Friday with a practice-scrimmage split. Practice is set for 2:15 p.m. followed by a 3:30 first pitch in the intrasquad.
All home scrimmages are subject to change. The length will be determined on a game-to-game basis. Spaced out between scrimmages are the team’s regularly scheduled practice sessions. Dates and times of all practices and scrimmages for the upcoming week can be found on RollTide.com each Monday.
Admission to Alabama baseball’s on-field activity is free to the public. Fans are asked to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate (Gate 3) located directly behind home plate. Once inside, fans are to stay in the lower bowl seating area with access to the upper levels of the stadium strictly prohibited.
