QUOTES FROM HEAD COACH JODIE SMITH
“It just wasn’t our day. We just mentally checked out at some critical times, and it costs us some goals. We just have to regroup for Sunday’s game where we will need to be dialed in for the full 90 minutes.”
Alabama State stays on the road this weekend, facing UAPB on Sunday afternoon at 1 pm in Pine Bluff (Ark.), before returning home next weekend for their final two regular season home matches.
