All-Time Series
• South Alabama owns a 10-7 all-time lead over Appalachian State in a series that dates back to Oct. 3, 2014. The Jaguars swept a three-match series in Boone, N.C., last season, with two of the three wins coming in straight sets. The Mountaineers’ last win in the series came in four sets in Boone in 2019. USA is 5-4 all-time at App State.

• Coastal Carolina holds an 11-1 all-time lead over South Alabama in a series that began on Sept. 16, 2000, in Myrtle Beach, S.C. USA won the first-ever meeting between the schools in five sets on that date. CCU carries an 11-game series win streak into Sunday’s contest.

Jag Notes
• South Alabama ranks second in the Sun Belt Conference in opponent hitting percentage (.152), which ranks 22nd nationally, third in hitting percentage (.226) and fourth in digs per set (16.49).
• In Sun Belt Conference matches, South Alabama leads the league in opponent hitting percentage (.117), assists per set (13.62), opponent kills per set (10.92) and opponent assists per set (9.92), ranks second in kills per set (14.15) and digs per set (17.92), and third in hitting percentage (.240) and opponent service aces per set (1.08).
• Kailey Keeble was named the SBC Setter of the Week for the second consecutive week on Tuesday. Keeble averaged 12.86 assists per set last weekend with 90 assists in seven sets played. She recorded double-doubles in both matches, finishing with 46 assists and 18 digs in a four-set win at Arkansas State and 44 assists and 13 digs in a sweep at Little Rock. She is the first Jaguar in program history to earn multiple Setter of the Week honors.
• Keeble has recorded double-doubles in all four Sun Belt Conference matches this season, and has posted a double-double in six of her last seven matches dating back to Jackson State on Sept. 17. She has recorded a team-best 11 double-doubles on the season, followed by Maddie Soboleski with five.
• Kennedy Wallace leads the Sun Belt Conference in hitting percentage (.388) with 109 kills and 26 errors on 214 total attempts. Wallace ranks fourth in hitting percentage (.341) in SBC contests.
• Keeble ranks second in the league in assists (606) and assists per set (10.27). In league matches, she leads the SBC in assists per set (12.15)
• Niki Capizzi enters the week tied for fourth in the conference in total blocks (51) and blocks per set (1.00). In league contests, she ranks tied for third in service aces per set (0.46) and ninth in blocks per set (1.15).
• Carissa Bradford ranks sixth in the league in kills per set (3.92) in conference matches. Bradford tied her career-high in kills with 18 in last Saturday’s match at Little Rock while posting a .359 hitting percentage. 
• Rachel Hickey ranks fifth in the SBC in digs (264) and sixth in digs per set (4.47).
• Paige Lynn ranks tied for sixth in service aces per set (0.38) in SBC matches.
• Soboleski ranks ninth in the SBC in kills per set (3.10).
• The Jaguars have dropped just one set through four Sun Belt matches, which came in last Friday’s match at Arkansas State. 
• South Alabama is off to its best start in SBC play at 4-0 since opening the 2017 SBC season at 9-0.
