Alabama Soccer Takes On Vanderbilt In Sunday Afternoon Road Match

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –  The Alabama soccer team (6-5-0) travels to Nashville, Tenn., Sunday for a 1 p.m. CT kick off against Vanderbilt (3-5-2) at the Vanderbilt Soccer/Lacrosse Complex.

  • Kate Henderson notched her second goal in SEC play Thursday, scoring the first of two goals for Alabama against Missouri
  • Henderson also scored the team’s lone goal against Ole Miss in the team’s conference opener
  • Riley Tanner captured her first goal in a UA uniform and the fourth game-winning goal of her career, recording three game-winning goals at South Carolina
  • Serepca has tallied points in three of the last four games, scoring a pair of goals and an assist against Utah Valley, in addition to scoring a goal against UAB and tabbing an assist against Missouri

Against the Commodores

  • The Tide is looking to snap a three-game slide against Vanderbilt, including 2-1 loss at the 2019 SEC Tournament
