BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Birmingham-Southern men’s soccer team recorded another win at home against the the LeTourneau Yellowjackets. Coleman Jennings had two goals for BSC, helping them to a 4-1 win. 
The Panthers outshot the Yellowjackets 12-6 in the first half. Pirmin Blattmann saw a yellow card in the 25th minute of play as the Panthers still looked for a goal. The half was scoreless until the 35th minute when LeTourneau headed a shot into their own goal, giving Birmingham-Southern a 1-0 lead. 
LeTourneau got on the scoreboard after putting one in the net off a rebound in the 38th minute of play. Midfielder Chino Rejas scored the goal with the assist from Nahum Serrano. Tensions were high as halftime approached and LeTourneau was given a yellow card. The first half ended in a tie at 1-1.
The second half started off fast with a foul from LeTourneau coming within the first minute of play giving Birmingham-Southern a penalty kick. Trey Hines took the PK for the Panthers and was successful in his attempt giving the Panthers the lead early in the second half. 
Coleman Jennings put another goal in for the Panthers, with the assist from Elijah Mitchell. Extending the BSC lead to 3-1 in the 66th minute. The second half was a little more physical with two more yellow cards for the Yellowjackets and three more for the Panthers. Coleman Jennings had his second goal of the game from Cesar Hurtado in the 85th minute. 
Birmingham-Southern finished the game with a 4-1 win over LeTourneau.
