Badgers can’t catch Bulldogs, 4-1

MOBILE, Ala. (October 3, 2021) – The Spring Hill College (SHC) Badgers women’s soccer team took a 4-1 Gulf South Conference (GSC) loss to the Union University Bulldogs at Library Field on Sunday afternoon.

The Bulldogs (2-5, 2-3 GSC) grabbed an early 1-0 lead with a goal by Annika Weidener in the 5th minute of play and then made it 2-0 just before intermission with a goal in the 44th minute when Ava Duval found Rivers Abshere with an entry pass for the score.
